Executive Director
Founder of the Fashion Law Institute and Cardinal Counsel, Bernice is a pioneer at the intersection of law, fashion, and innovation in Africa. Recognized expert in fashion law, startup advisory, and IP strategy.
Ogundipe Olayinka
Sustainability Lead
Brings a strong background in environmental sustainability and ethical production. Leads research and policy development on circularity, EPR, and green fashion law.
Dennis Akwaboah
Country Rep - Ghana
Dennis Akwaboah is the country representative for Ghana for FLIAfrica. He is a lawyer, and very passionate about fashion in Africa and the evolving field of fashion law. Dennis' role is to advance fashion law awareness and creative protection within Ghana's fashion industry.

Managing Editor, JAFALPI
Kélicia is the managing editor of the JAFALPI at the Fashion Law Institute Africa. She oversees editorial strategy, research development, and publication standards, ensuring the Journal advances critical discourse at the intersection of fashion, law, policy, and innovation across Africa.
